Downton Abbey actress Elizabeth McGovern credits yoga and walking for helping her stay in shape
Elizabeth McGovern, 50, keeps fit by doing yoga and walking.
Try this: Chair dips. Sit with your bottom on the edge of a chair.
Place your hands on the edge of the chair for support and move your bottom off the seat, taking the weight in your arms and hands.
Keep your back straight, head in line with the spine and your arms straight but not locked at the elbow.

Keep your feet flat on the floor and breathe in as you slowly lower the body in a straight line towards the floor by bending both of your arms at the elbow behind you.
Dip as low as your strength will allow, hold the position briefly and then push back up using your arms.
Repeat exercise 12 to 15 times.
