DO YOU GET YOUR FIVE A DAY
Truthfully, no. I do try but I don’t really like them much. I tend to eat a high protein, lowish carb diet — a typical breakfast would be scrambled eggs with mushrooms, or porridge.
Pork Scratchings. There’s nothing better if you’ve got a savoury tooth.
WHAT EXERCISE DO YOU DO
I normally train three to five times a week at the gym doing weights, boxing and core stability exercises. Being fit has improved my sex life 100 per cent.
When I was modelling in my 20s, I tried a diet called Fit For Life, and the famous Hay Diet. It was basically fruit until midday, and thereafter I wasn’t to mix my proteins and carbs. But I don’t need to diet now because I’ve injected more exercise into my schedule.
POP ANY PILLS
I swear by a daily fish oil capsule. They’re good for sharpening the brain — but I’m pretty sharp anyway. I also take vitamin B12 and a probiotic for energy and digestive health.
EVER HAD SURGERY
Both my sons, Roman and Valentino, who are ten and eight, were born by Caesarean. I had to have a blood transfusion with Valentino, and they nearly gave me a hysterectomy as the placenta wasn’t coming away and I was haemorrhaging. I remember looking in the mirror afterwards and thinking: ‘That’s what death looks like.’
WHAT ABOUT PLASTIC SURGERY
I had a boob job two years ago and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. I wanted my boobs to look like they did in my heyday. It’s a very personal decision and I don’t judge anybody for choosing to have plastic surgery.
HOW’S YOUR PAIN THRESHOLD
Quite high. I recently had a tattoo done — it was very painful, but I laughed all the way through it. Some people might think that’s weird, but laughter is the way I cope with pain.

TRIED COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE
Yes, I have Reiki done regularly. It’s a natural healing process which involves the Reiki master placing their hands non-intrusively in a series of positions over your body. I find it really good for unblocking stress.
I’m a light sleeper, but that’s part and parcel of being a mum just because you hear every noise the children make.
A full English, washed down with Lucozade. I have more time to myself now if the boys are staying with their father (ex-husband Daniel Caltagirone) so it’s an opportunity to have a glass of wine or several.
