TRY THIS: Seated trunk rotations are great for toning the torso. Sit upright on the floor with heels together and knees bent. Hold a weighted or ordinary ball close to your body — between navel and ribcage — with both hands.
Keeping your spine straight, slowly rotate your torso to one side, imagining the ball is attached to your tummy button.
Don’t let the ball drop to the floor. Pause briefly, then return to the starting position and continue to rotate through to the other side. Repeat 12 to 15 times.
