celebrity personal trainer Kathy Khaeler, who prescribes daily runs of
four to six miles with bursts of sprinting to burn fat, and weekly
sessions of Pilates, power-walking and weight training with press-ups.

Kneel on all fours with knees hip-width apart and your arms beneath your
shoulders. Make sure your back is flat.
Bend your elbows to lower your
body. Try to touch the floor with your nose.
Hold briefly before
pressing back to the start position. Keep the movement fluid. Repeat 12
