We reveal how to get the enviable physiques of the stars. This week, The Voice judge will.i.am’s torso
He already has a huge female following after his appearance as a coach on The Voice, but will.i.am will undoubtedly have a few more fans after he carried the Olympic torch and revealed a toned torso.
On a world tour last year, the 37-year-old embarked on a drastic diet with the rest of the Black Eyed Peas that saw him lose more than two stone in six months.

With a personal trainer, will.i.am started doing a mix of outdoor running, weights, resistance band work, Pilates and skipping.
‘I just ate fruit, soup and fish and I lost 30lb,’ he says. ‘I haven’t been this weight since I was a teenager.’

Lie flat on the floor with your lower back pressed into the ground.

Put your hands behind your head. Extend your legs straight up in the air, crossed at the ankles with a slight bend in the knees.
Contract your abdominal muscles by lifting your head toward your knees.
Keep your chin off your chest with each contraction. Exhale as you contract upwards; inhale as you return to the starting position.
Repeat 12 to 15 times.
